There is no mandatory reporting requirement to the Ageing and Disability Commission.
If you work for a service provider or agency, and are concerned about the welfare of an older person or adult with disability in their family, home or community, check with your agency regarding reporting requirements and duty of care when abuse, neglect and exploitation is suspected or detected. Contact police in an emergency.
