International Day of People with Disability

Tuesday 3rd December is International Day of People with Disability. It is a great opportunity to raise awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability, and celebrate achievements here and around the world.
To celebrate, we asked some peers and colleagues about their thoughts on today, and what it means to continue to grow inclusive workplaces and communities. A huge thank you to everyone involved!

Informed by lessons of the past, the Ageing and Disability Commission is improving how we work with Aboriginal people and communities. We listen and learn from the knowledge, strength and resilience of Stolen Generations Survivors, Aboriginal Elders and Aboriginal communities.
