The ADC collects valuable data related to matters of abuse, neglect and exploitation of older people and adults with disability in NSW. This data provides key information on reports to the ADC, including the parties involved, and the types of alleged abuse, neglect and exploitation that have been reported.
The ADC will share this data in a range of formats including downloadable and accessible PDFs. New data will be updated on a quarterly basis and, over time, more features will be added to this page to make it easier to identify and understand the information.
This data can further your knowledge in understanding abuse, neglect and exploitation matters, and how to improve local service operations to better protect older people and adults with disability in their family, home and community.

We acknowledge Aboriginal people as the First Nations Peoples of NSW and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and future.
Informed by lessons of the past, the Ageing and Disability Commission is improving how we work with Aboriginal people and communities. We listen and learn from the knowledge, strength and resilience of Stolen Generations Survivors, Aboriginal Elders and Aboriginal communities.
You can access our apology to the Stolen Generations.
